He loved it
the crowd
the noise
the chatter
food
sounds so many unique sounds

aroma
We held hands
on the
way home
win
or
lose
The other
guys
were bums
are
bums
that’s how it is
Today
I got
a first
Covid vaccination shot
at
Dodger Stadium
and
saw
the park
from
my car
Shimmering
Saw birds
flying in and around the
stadium
Just there
right
there
Not a sound
no
one
to speak of
there
no games
nothing
for
now
Longing
like
a long sleep
in winter
Maybe Covid is just
a way
of saying
this
is what it’s like
for
bears
who
hibernate
Awake
in
Spring
awaken
in
Spring!
