Vin Scully was an integral part of my boyhood, a lyrical voice who brought me play-by-play of the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1950 until, alas, the Dodgers moved to Los Angeles following the 1957 season. What a classy gentleman and, although I’m biased, the greatest baseball announcer in history.

Thank you.
